AI made prototypes cheap. Shipping and maintaining them didn't get cheaper. We audit the fleet from Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit and Cursor, pick the right foundation, and rewrite it to production — real auth, tests, CI/CD, accessibility, observability — then keep it running.
Selected work
A founding team had generated six overlapping prototypes across Lovable and v0 and could not tell which to build on. We triaged the fleet, chose one architecture, rewrote it to production with real auth, tests and CI, and folded the best ideas from the others back in.
Marketing was drowning in one-off asset requests. We built an AI-native pipeline that turns a single campaign brief into localized social, video, ad variants and editorial — on-brand by construction, with a human review gate before anything ships.
A pre-launch AI company needed a brand that could produce thousands of assets without a design bottleneck. We set the identity and taste, then built a generation pipeline so the team ships on-brand collateral on demand.
